Terms of Service

The terms that govern your engagement with QuickPay Agency. Please read them carefully before purchasing any package.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Services

QuickPay Agency provides company formation, EIN filing, business banking facilitation, Stripe activation support and related business setup services. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice — recommendations are operational only.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate identification, complete onboarding information and respond to requests in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not the responsibility of QuickPay Agency.

3. Government and third-party decisions

Final approval of incorporations, EIN issuance, bank account openings and Stripe activations is made by the relevant government authority, bank or payment provider. We cannot guarantee approval by any third party.

4. Fees and payment

Package fees are one-time and quoted in US dollars. Government filing fees, annual renewals and optional services are invoiced separately. Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Timelines

Stated timelines are good-faith estimates based on standard processing times by government and banking partners. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

6. Limitation of liability

QuickPay Agency's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
