To form your company, obtain your EIN and open your business banking, we collect identification documents, contact details, business information and any data required by the relevant government authority, bank or payment processor.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to deliver the services you requested — registering your company, filing with the IRS or Companies House, and submitting applications to Mercury, Wise and Stripe on your behalf.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share information only with the institutions required to complete your setup (state registries, IRS, Companies House, banking and payment partners). We never sell or rent your data.
4. Data security
Documents are uploaded through an encrypted client portal. Access is strictly limited to the specialist assigned to your file and to senior staff for compliance review.
5. Data retention
We retain records for as long as required by tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering regulations. You may request deletion of non-mandatory records at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@quickpayagency.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
