1. Before work begins
If you change your mind before we begin any filing or submission, you are entitled to a full refund of your package fee. Government fees, if already paid on your behalf, are non-refundable.
2. After work has started
Once filings or applications have been submitted to government authorities, banks or payment providers, fees are non-refundable for those specific deliverables. Any remaining, unstarted services in your package remain eligible for a pro-rata refund.
3. Third-party rejections
We cannot refund fees for work successfully completed when a third party (bank, IRS, Companies House or Stripe) declines an application based on their own criteria. In these cases we will work with you to explore alternatives at no extra cost.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@quickpayagency.com with your order details. We review every request individually and reply within five business days.
